HELP & PRIVACY
Frequently asked
questions.
Your plan stays on this device without an account. Here is how levels, muscle groups and safety filters work.
Where is my yoga plan stored?+
Only after you choose to save following the final pose is the plan stored in functional browser storage on this device. Yoga Plan in Seconds does not create an account or online profile.
Will my plan still be here tomorrow?+
Yes, when you use the same browser on the same device. Clearing browser data can remove your locally saved plan.
How are poses selected for my level?+
Beginners only receive beginner poses. Intermediate plans can include beginner and intermediate poses. Advanced plans can use all levels, except poses that explicitly require qualified supervision.
Which muscles does a yoga pose train?+
Each pose shows primary muscles, supporting muscles and mobility targets separately. An active muscle is not the same as a structure that is mainly being stretched.
What do the wrist, knee and lower-back concerns change?+
The planner conservatively excludes movement patterns that commonly load the chosen area. This is a practical filter, not a medical assessment.
Why are some advanced poses excluded?+
Poses that require qualified supervision are never placed automatically in a self-guided plan.
Can I reuse my sequence?+
Yes. After the last pose you can save the complete plan locally and start it again later in the same browser.
Does the site use AI or send my intake to a server?+
No. Selection happens directly in your browser using the versioned pose library. There is no external AI service or online training database.
Is this medical advice?+
No. The app provides general movement information and does not diagnose conditions. Stop for pain, dizziness, tingling, shortness of breath or other warning signs and seek appropriate professional help.
After your explicit save choice, only functional browser storage is used for the plan. No online yoga profile is created. The fixed pose library ships with the website and selection happens in your browser.
